The Problem
Pet care businesses were using a booking tool, a scheduling app, and an e-commerce platform with no integration between them. Data was duplicated. Customers had to use different systems. Owners spent hours reconciling reports.
What We Built
A unified platform with a customer-facing booking flow, a staff scheduling calendar, and a product shop with inventory management. All three sync automatically so owners always have a single source of truth.
Business Model
Monthly subscription for providers. 4% transaction fee on shop sales.
