CashFlow is a multi-tenant POS and inventory platform for retail chains. Each location gets isolated data, its own product catalog, and daily sales reports. The architecture scales from one store to fifty without code changes.
The Problem
Retail businesses with multiple locations were stitching together per-store tools. Data lived in silos. Owners had no consolidated view across locations. Scaling meant buying more licenses, not upgrading a system.
What We Built
A true multi-tenant architecture where each store operates independently with full data isolation. A central owner dashboard aggregates across all locations. Reporting, inventory sync, and user permissions all work per-location or globally.
Business Model
Per-location monthly subscription. Advanced reporting and multi-user access as paid add-ons.
